What if: You could do both! (contrary to the implication of the statement by Bedecarre)
How to broadcast to & engage audiences:
1. Identify the audience
2. Speak to the audience
3. Listen to the audience
What traditional brand advertising is not doing (listening) — How to listen online:
1. Identify the topic (for example: credit cards, insurance, fashion, etc.)
2. Register the domain name
3. Let people talk to you.
