Well, this isn’t really news — I said this stuff several years ago at a domain conference.
.COM is riskier than Russia & China, but not quite as risky as Romania
Interesting [2] stats.
Not Surprising
In general: The Wild West is far less controlled than Europe. But it might also be interesting to compare TLDs (”top level domains”) with respect to censorship issues.
