That’s a quote from Frank Zappa — and it should tell you how it’s not important to sell products or services per se, but rather you need to sell yourself. The first “customer” you have to sell yourself to is (guess who?): you. Are you convinced that you are right in doing this — are you “buying” it? If you don’t believe in yourself, then why would you expect me to believe in you? If you actually didn’t believe in yourself and expected me to believe in you, wouldn’t you be scamming me?
So figure what you want to do — and do it. If you want, then tell me if you think I might play a role in the game of “creating” who you are.
